Terms of delivery

Delivery to Finland

Woollybyeva offers its customers free shipping. 

We aim to ship all orders within 7 business days. If the delivery is not successful due to force majeure, eg delivery difficulties of the supplier or transport company, the customer is asked to contact eva@woollybyeva.com and the problem will be clarified on a case-by-case basis. Smaller orders are shipped in an envelope or shipping box that fits in a standard standard-sized mailbox. If the order does not fit in the mailbox, it will be picked up at the Post's pick-up point. Smaller items delivered with daily mail will usually arrive within 3-5 business days.

Undelivered shipment

From 1 October 2017, Posti will retain parcels for only 7 days at all its pick-up points. Unclaimed packets are then returned to the sender. If the package is not picked up during this time, it will be returned to the sender.

 

An unclaimed shipment is not a return under the Consumer Protection Act. In such cases, we will automatically charge € 20.00 for postage and handling in connection with the refund.

Invalid price

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to a typographical, typographical or technical problem. Our offers are valid only as long as there is enough stuff

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or wish to return a product to us. If you would like to return it to us, please send it to the return address below within 14 days of delivery.

 

Please note that we cannot accept returns of used or destroyed products.

 

The contents of the shipment should be checked immediately upon delivery. If the contents of the package do not correspond to the order or the products have been broken during transport, this must be reported immediately.

 

Broken products should be photographed and sent to eva@woollybyeva.com

 

Customer returns must always be agreed in advance. All sailable products have a 14-day return policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, in which case the customer receives a refund for the product they have purchased. Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed to the customer.
